How it all started
Hi! We're Kim & Courtney, the creators of Sunnies! Yes, we tend to twin a lot (sometimes it's on purpose and sometimes not 😂).
Our vision for Sunnies all started when we noticed a lot of kids (ours especially) stealing their parent’s adult-size sunglasses because the sun was “too bright” or “hurting their eyes.”
We looked at the sunglasses options on the market for kids and saw they were either too expensive (with overinflated up-sells for polarized lenses) or so cheap that they broke almost immediately. Super frustrating!
From there, we were on a mission to bridge that gap and create a sunglasses model that kids and parents alike will love.
