Shipping Policy
At Sunnies, we offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US. Orders shipped through ground usually take between 2-7 business days to deliver once processed. On select products, customers may choose an expedited shipping service.
Please note we only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-4pm CST. All orders are shipped from Houston, TX.
Sunnies Shades cannot be held responsible for delayed orders when conditions are out of our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, postal delays, holidays, etc.

Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, Sunnies Shades LLC does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges are not accepted
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund. Sunnies Shades reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer. In addition, bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
*Holiday Returns: All orders placed between November 1st and December 14th will have an extended return/exchange period until January 15th, 2025.
Conditions for Returns:
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
- Item must be in original and unused condition.
- The return must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date and shipped back within 14 days from delivery date.
- Proof of purchase from our site is required for all returns.
Additional Notes:
Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to restocking fees or denial of the refund. It is crucial for our customers to be aware that they are responsible for accurately and securely attaching all return labels when returning items. In the event of returns being lost or delayed due to an unreadable barcode, we must emphasize that the responsibility for such instances lies with the customer and not with Sunnies Shades.
